Love following this comic. Helps remind me of the days when I played and enjoyed SWTOR. Minor beef though...his race is actually Togruta, not Toruga (I assume typo, but best to be sure).

Anyway, keep it up! Love the style.

...which, in his case, stands for "pretty crazy"

But from his point of view, it's "pretty cool."

If he was prone to understatement, that. Which he is not. :)

"Formerly of the Republic Army" my ass. He's getting reinforcements and money from the Republic. They never obeyed the Treaty of Coruscant. They were violating it before the ink dried.

Yes, that's pretty much how treaties work, all the time, everywhere, since the dawn of intelligent life in the universe. Politicians from both sides sign the treaty, each knowing full well that the other side was making plans to ignore it since long before the negotiations even started. That's Politics 101.

Next week, in Politics 102, we learn how the same politicians then go back to their home constituencies and brag about how wonderfully they have done in "preserving peace" wit this wonderful treaty they have just made and how they deserve to be re-elected, re-appointed, not-overthrown, or whatever reward is appropriate in their political system for their great efforts. Repeat as needed to maintain power.

To be fair, the Empire never obeyed the Treaty either. They were building up their forces and waging war by proxy as well. That's what a Cold War is.
